We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to help drive customer success, manage key accounts, and expand business opportunities.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships with our customers, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will manage full-cycle account responsibilities, from securing new deals to ensuring the long-term success and growth of existing accounts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of LiftWerx.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction throughout the entire engagement.

• Full-Cycle Account Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of customer accounts, including onboarding, service delivery, and follow-up.

• Sales and Growth: Close new business opportunities, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, and increase overall wallet share for key accounts.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with operations team to manage optimized service delivery, ensuring that all customer needs are met on time and to the highest standards.

• Estimating & Quoting: Prepare accurate and timely quotes and estimates for clients, manage scheduling, and ensure proper invoicing for all projects.

• Customer Relationship Development: Develop and strengthen relationships with accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, loyalty and growth.

• Strategic Input: Provide strategic input into customer retention and growth initiatives and help identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer recommendations.

WHAT IT TAKES

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong background in customer service, sales, or account management, ideally in renewable energy or related industries.

• Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers.

• Has a high attention to detail and interest in improving processes and discovering efficiencies.

• Is results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Can juggle multiple tasks, stay organized, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Has a proactive and collaborative mindset, willing to take initiative and work closely with internal teams to deliver optimal results.

• Has an understanding of technical systems or a willingness to learn about them in the context of renewable energy projects.

Key Skills:

• Microsoft suite proficiency
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Experience creating invoices in software platforms such as Intuit Quickbooks
• English, fluent proficiency verbal and written

Education and Experience:
• 2-5 years of experience in related technical industry, specifically as it relates to sales and customer management
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or commerce
