Job Description: Continuous Improvement and Change Management Specialist (full-time)

This position is based at our facilities in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. Occasional business travel may be required from time to time.
Position Overview and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team in a private equity-sponsored environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and operational efficiency of a rapidly expanding organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and full employee lifecycle management.
- HR Partnership: Collaborate with the Head of Human Resources to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business needs.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, coach employees and leaders, and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full recruitment cycle for office-based hiring, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Organizational Development: Execute on identified organizational development needs, including overseeing training and development programs.
- Change Management: Support business leaders and employees through organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Benefits Management: Administer benefit enrollment and maintenance for USA/Canadian program– and act as the main point of contact for benefits inquiries.
This position reports to the Head of Human Resources
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources , or a related field (CHRP/CHRL considered an asset)
- 3+ years of HR and full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Proficient in computer skills; Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of Dayforce Software – or comparable HRIS system considered an asset.
