Job Description:

Accounts Payable Coordinator (full-time)

Location:

This position is based at our facilities in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.

Position Overview and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Finance team with various account reconciliations and reporting deliverables
  • Responsible for accounts payable activities including; ensuring invoices are received, approved and process payment
  • Assist with payroll administration, reconciliation and processed as needed
  • Maintain and manage company credit cards
  • Contribute new ideas to the research and development of new processes as it relates to the AP process, in a constant endeavor to ensure that company processes become more efficient
  • Responsible to cultivate a positive work environment in order to maintain an enjoyable balanced, creative, and committed company culture for all

This position reports to the Finance & Administrative Coordinator.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Post-secondary diploma or equivalent in Accounting or Finance required
  • Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Dynamics is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Relevant experience with accounts payable processes including reporting, account reconciliations, and invoice management.
