LiftWerx is pleased to announce that in early 2020, it will add a GenHook™ LT to its specialized crane fleet. This crane, rated at a maximum lifting capacity of 10 tonnes, is designed for swift assembly and disassembly.
The GenHook™ LT is designed to perform generator exchanges on wind turbines.
After the roof is opened, the GenHook™ LT can be assembled in a matter of a few hours. The duration for a typical exchange will be greatly minimized as compared to other nacelle-mounted cranes which are currently available on the market.
